In Belief
1. To reliance on God, the Father and Creator of us all
2. To reliance on Jesus Christ, our Saviour and only King and Head of the church
3. To reliance on the Holy Spirit, our guide and comforter who breathes life into the hearts of
     Christians and into the church of Jesus Christ
4. To the Word of God in Scripture and its power for transforming lives

In Ministry
1. We are committed to placing Christ first in every aspect of church life
2. We are committed to excellence and creativity in all ministries of the church
3. We are committed to bringing each and every person to personal faith in Christ through:
ØSensitive, Spirit-led personal faith sharing with others
ØA variety of ministries intended to impact the lives of people with the hope of Christ
4. We are committed to equipping people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ
     through:
ØBiblical preaching and teaching and vibrant worship
ØInvolvement in care group ministries that teach, nurture and offer pastoral care
ØMid-week opportunities for spiritual growth for people of all ages
ØNurturing and fully developing every person’s spiritual gifts
ØEquipping members to wholeheartedly serve Christ in the church and the world
5. We are committed to ministering to the whole person God has made, mind, body and spirit
6. We are committed to providing a positive, creative atmosphere in which children and teens
     can realize and grow in God’s deep love for them and their families
7. We are committed to continually sharing the unchanging Gospel in fresh and relevant ways to an
     ever-changing culture

Having accepted Christ as Lord and Saviour, people will be invited to begin a four-part journey as disciples of Christ:

1. Membership:To introduce the first principles of discipleship and the act of joining Christ’s church
2. Maturity:Through small group ministry, Christian education, bible study, stewardship and other
     programs members will grow and mature as disciples of Jesus
3. Ministry:Through involvement in the church and gift discovery ministries, members will discover
     and exercise their own spiritual gifts
4. Mission:Through involvement in local and overseas mission work as well as ministry in the work
     place and home environment, members will be encouraged to become apostles of Jesus by
     spreading the Gospel in genuine and authentic ways, leading others to Christ
